The IP65-rated 100–125 mm (4–5") Digital Outside Micrometer from Insize (3101 Series) is built to deliver fast, precise outer-diameter measurements in challenging shop environments. With a rugged IP65 housing, carbide measuring faces, and a spherical anvil, it stands up to fluids, coolant splashes, and oil-soaked parts while providing reliable readings at a glance.

This digital micrometer combines a bright, easy-to-read display with a 0.001 mm (0.00005") resolution and simple controls for on/off, zeroing, mm/inch conversion, ABS/INC, and data output. Powered by a common SR44 or LR44 battery, it includes setting standards for quick calibration (note: 0–25 mm/0–1" standards are not included). When you need extended data capture, optional accessories such as a foot switch (7304-2) and data output cable (7302-SPC6) are available, and the measuring range can be extended up to 300 mm (12") with data output configurations.
