The Insize 3101 IP65 Waterproof Digital Outside Micrometer is built for accurate external measurements in demanding environments. With an IP65 rating, it stands up to dust, water, and coolant exposure, making it a reliable choice on busy shop floors where fluids and wash-downs are common.
- IP65 waterproof design for harsh environments: Protects the measuring head from dust and water jets, enabling reliable measurements around machine fluids and coolant without compromising accuracy.
- High-precision digital readout with convenient unit options: 0.001 mm / 0.00005" resolution, mm/inch display switch, ABS/INC mode, and data output for seamless recording and QC documentation.
- Durable carbide faces with spherical anvil and ratchet: Wear-resistant measuring faces and a spherical anvil provide stable, repeatable readings; the ratchet ensures consistent pressure for repeatable results.
Designed for quick, dependable measurements, this micrometer supports efficient workflows from setup to final inspection. The included setting standards (except 0-25 mm/0-1") help you calibrate confidently, while optional data-transfer accessories—foot switch (7304-2) and data output cable (7302-SPC6)—expand connectivity for traceable quality records. When used with data output, measurements can extend up to 300 mm (12 in), giving you flexibility for a wide range of parts and assemblies.
