The 250-275 10-11" IP65 Digital Outside Micrometer from Insize, part of the 3101 Series, is a rugged, IP65-rated tool designed for precise external measurements in environments where fluids and dust are common. It’s a versatile choice for engineers, machinists, maintenance technicians, and quality inspectors who need fast, repeatable readings right at the worksite.
Powered by a standard SR44 or LR44 battery, this micrometer features carbide measuring faces for exceptional durability, a dependable ratchet for consistent measuring force, and a spherical anvil for versatile contact geometry. The bright digital display delivers measurements with 0.001 mm (0.00005") resolution, and it includes convenient functions such as on/off, zero, mm/inch, ABS/INC, and data output. Set-up standards are included for most ranges (except 0–25 mm/0–1"). Optional accessories (foot switch for data transfer and data output cable) simplify logging, and when data output is used, measurement ranges extend up to 300 mm (12").
