Description
The Insize 3127 IP65 digital three‑point internal bore micrometer covers 87–100 mm (3.43–3.94 in) with a rugged, moisture‑resistant design. Its carbide measuring points and three‑point contact provide stable, repeatable measurements in everyday workshop and production environments, even when dust or moisture is present.
This bore micrometer is built for quick, reliable results on busy lines. It features a digital readout with mm/inch conversion, data output, and an automatic power‑off to extend battery life. A ratchet stop ensures consistent measuring force, helping you achieve repeatable results every time.
- IP65 protection for dusty and wet environments: Dustproof and waterproof housing keeps performance steady on the shop floor or in damp, dirty conditions, reducing downtime and maintenance.
- Three-point internal design with carbide tips: Provides stable, repeatable measurements across the 87–100 mm range with enhanced durability and longer tip life for dependable use over time.
- Digital readout with data output and ease of use: 0.001 mm (0.00005") resolution, 5 µm accuracy, mm/inch button, data transmit/output, automatic power off, and a ratchet stop for fast, repeatable measurements and easy data logging.
This instrument is supplied with a manufacturer inspection certificate and offers optional accessories to tailor it to your quality‑control workflow, giving you confidence in every measurement—from incoming inspection to final assembly.
