Description
The Insize 3127 IP65 digital three-point internal bore micrometer is designed for precise inside-diameter measurements across 150–175 mm (5.91–6.89"). Built for use in manufacturing, quality control, engineering labs, and rugged workshop environments, this tool delivers quick, repeatable readings with a reliable three-point contact to stabilize measurements in bores of varying geometry.
- IP65 rugged protection: Dustproof and waterproof housing protects the measuring head and electronics, keeping performance accurate and dependable in dusty shops, wash-down areas, and apprenticeships where cleanliness cannot be guaranteed.
- High-precision three-point measurement with carbide tips: Three carbide measuring points deliver stable, repeatable bore readings across the full 150–175 mm range, with 0.001 mm (0.00005") resolution and 7 µm accuracy for confident tolerancing.
- Digital convenience with data capability: Easy-to-use controls (on/off, set, mm/inch, data transmit) plus data output, automatic power-off, and a built-in ratchet stop for consistent contact force and seamless integration into QC workflows.
