Meet the Insize 3127 IP65 digital three-point bore micrometer—the reliable inside-bore gauge for measuring 30–40 mm (1.18–1.57 in) bores. Its rugged, dustproof and waterproof IP65 housing keeps readings accurate in dusty workshops or damp environments, making it ideal for engineers, inspectors, and maintenance technicians who need fast, repeatable results.
Designed for precise bore measurements, the three-point internal design uses carbide tips and a built-in ratchet stop to deliver stable, repeatable readings. The digital display provides a resolution of 0.001 mm (0.00005"), with an accuracy of 4 μm, and the unit can switch between millimeters and inches. An automatic power-off helps preserve the battery, while data output and transmission options make recording and reporting quick and straightforward.
