CP Gratex Countersink CS-12 (12 mm) is a purpose-built countersink tool designed to deliver fast, clean hole deburring and chamfering. It’s ideal for anyone who works with metal or plastic parts and needs precise edge finishing that prepares holes for fasteners or subsequent machining. Built for reliable performance, this tool helps you achieve consistent results across a range of project types—from a quick workshop repair to full production runs.
- Higher Material Removal Rate (MRR): Accelerates deburring and chamfering so you achieve smooth, accurate hole edges faster, reducing cycle times on each part.
- Wide hole-size range (4–11 mm): Adaptable to common hole diameters without swapping tools, enabling quicker setups and fewer tool changes.
- Flexible mounting and clockwise operation: Compatible with manual R-SD Handle (54034) and CS-R Revolving Holder (62090), as well as electric drivers, lathes, drills, and VMCs, all in clockwise direction for consistent, efficient material removal.
This countersink is designed for dependable, repeatable finishes on steel, aluminum, copper, other metals with hardness below 35 HRC, and plastics. By integrating it into your workflow, you’ll reduce rework, improve hole readiness for assembly, and maintain steady throughput across projects.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
