The CP Gratex CS-30 Countersink is a purpose-built tool for hole deburring and chamfering, engineered to finish edges quickly and cleanly. With a 30 mm countersink body, it handles hole finishing across a practical range of 5–29 mm, helping you move from rough to ready in fewer steps.
Designed for versatility on a variety of materials, this countersink works well on Steel, Aluminum, Copper, and other metals with hardness under 35 HRC, as well as plastics. Use it with the R-SD Handle (54034) and CS-R Revolving Holder (62090) for precise manual deburring, or attach it to Electric Drivers, Lathes, Drills, and VMC machines to suit your preferred workflow. It’s optimized for clockwise operation to fit standard manufacturing processes.
