The CP Gratex CS-20 Countersink Tool (20mm) is a precision solution for fast, reliable hole deburring and chamfering. Designed for professionals who work with drilled holes in metal and plastic, it delivers clean, consistent chamfers that help parts assemble smoothly and with confidence.
This CS-20 model covers hole sizes from 4 to 19 mm and is suitable for Steel, Aluminum, Copper, and other metals with hardness under 35 HRC, as well as plastics. It can be used manually with the R-SD Handle (54034) or CS-R Revolving Holder (62090), or mounted on Electric Drivers, Lathe, Drill, and VMC machines. Designed for clockwise direction use, it provides fast and effective deburring and chamfering.
