The Robert Charles Through-Hole Deburring Tool with Zero Flute is a purpose-built solution for fast, accurate burr removal, chamfering, and light countersinking in through holes. It’s designed for engineers, machinists, and shop-floor teams who need reliable edges quickly to keep assemblies moving.
Built from M35 HSS-E with cobalt, this tool delivers exceptional wear resistance and heat tolerance, so it stays sharp longer in demanding production environments and with tough materials.
- Zero Flute Geometry for Fast Deburring: Designed to minimize friction and chip buildup in through holes, enabling quick, clean burr removal and consistent chamfers in a single pass.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
