The Robert Charles Through Hole Deburring Tool—Zero Flute—Imperial 90° is a precision deburring bit designed for fast, accurate burr removal, chamfering, and light countersinking of through holes. With a 3/4" head diameter and zero-flute geometry, it delivers clean, consistent edges in demanding production environments. Crafted from M35 HSS-E with cobalt, this tool offers outstanding wear resistance, superior heat tolerance, and extended tool life for demanding engineering and manufacturing workloads.
- Fast deburring, chamfering, and light countersinking: Through holes are finished in a single pass with clean edges, reducing handling time and rework.
