The Robert Charles Through Hole Deburring Tool with Zero Flute, Imperial 90° is designed for fast, accurate deburring, chamfering, and light countersinking of through holes. Its compact geometry makes it ideal for work in tight access areas and on parts that require clean, consistent hole edges. It features a 5/8 inch head diameter to fit standard hole configurations and deliver stable engagement across workloads.
- Zero Flute design for through-hole finishing: The zero flute geometry minimizes rubbing and chatter, enabling fast, clean deburring, chamfering, and light countersinking in through holes with minimal setup.
- M35 HSS‑E with cobalt for durability: Built for long tool life with excellent wear resistance and heat tolerance, so you can run more parts between changes without sacrificing edge quality.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
