The Carmex Vertical Milling CMT Three Flute Insert – Threading – C18I24UNMT7 is a precision indexable insert designed for vertical milling operations that cover threading, grooves, chamfers and more. Built for engineers, machinists, and technicians, this system delivers reliable threading performance with repeatable results across a range of demanding applications.
- Ground profile for high precision: The ground profile inserts ensure tight tolerances and excellent surface quality, enabling accurate threads and smooth finishes even at higher cutting parameters.
- Solid, repeatable clamping: A robust clamping method provides repeatable results, reducing setup time and minimizing part-to-part variation for consistent quality.
- Universal threading with flexible tooling: One insert works for both right-hand and left-hand threads, and toolholders include a Weldon shank with a coolant bore for easy setup and reliable coolant delivery. Chamfer inserts are also available.
This milling insert system is designed to simplify production workflows, helping you complete threaded, grooved, and chamfered features with confidence. - DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
