The Carmex Vertical Milling CMT Three Flute Insert - Threading - C12I18UNMT7 is a versatile vertical milling insert designed for threading, grooves, chamfers, and other profile operations. Built for professionals and serious hobbyists, it pairs with compatible toolholders to deliver precise, repeatable threads and clean surface finishes.
Designed for high-performance threading, the ground-profile inserts maintain excellent accuracy and surface quality even under demanding cutting conditions. The solid, accurate clamping method enables full repeatability, and the same insert can be used for both right-hand and left-hand threads to simplify setups. Toolholders include a Weldon shank with a coolant bore, and chamfer inserts are available to expand capabilities.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
