Description
Carmex Vertical Milling CMT Three Flute Insert - Threading - C12I28UNMT7 is a vertical milling indexable insert system with accompanying toolholders, designed to handle threads, grooves, chamfers and more. This setup is ideal for machinists, engineers, and shops seeking reliable, repeatable performance across a range of materials and applications. Chamfer inserts are also available.
- Ground-profile inserts for precision: deliver high accuracy and excellent performance at demanding machining parameters, producing a smooth, high-quality surface finish.
- One insert for right- or left-hand threads: simplifies inventory and reduces downtime by letting a single insert cut both thread directions.
- Weldon-shank toolholders with coolant bore: provide solid, repeatable clamping and integrated coolant delivery for easy setup and longer tool life.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
