Description
The Dormer Pramet C367 18.0 mm slot drill combines rugged HSS‑E with an Alcrona Primax coating to deliver reliable shoulder and slot milling in metalworking projects. Designed for machinists and shops that need precise pockets and clean slots in steel and aluminum, this extra‑short tool provides rigidity and control in compact geometries.
- Diameter and length of cut: 18.0 mm diameter with 19.0 mm length of cut (DOC) for efficient material removal in tight slots
- Overall geometry: 79 mm overall length with 30.5 mm reach and neck relief to reduce rubbing and improve engagement in shallow pockets
- Shank: 16 mm Weldon shank for secure grip, reduced runout, and compatibility with standard endmill holders
- Flute count: 3 flutes for a balanced combination of rigidity, chip evacuation, and a smooth slot finish
