Description
The Dormer Pramet A123 3.20 mm HSS Sheet Metal Stub Drill (DIN 1897) is a purpose-built tool for thin sheet metal work. With a precise 3.20 mm diameter, it’s ideal for engineers, fabricators, and hobbyists who need clean, centered holes in steel, aluminium, and stainless steel. Its compact stub geometry and premium HSS core deliver reliable performance in tight spaces and during repetitive sheet-metal drilling tasks.
Designed specifically for thin materials, this drill features a 120-degree conventional point with a thin web to help with self-centering and to reduce the push force required. A steam oxide finish minimizes sticking of workpiece material to the cutting edge, while the tool is manufactured without body clearance to improve hole roundness and deliver more consistent results in sheet-metal applications.
