Description
The Dormer Pramet A123 4.50 mm HSS Sheet Metal Stub Drill (DIN 1897) is a precision drilling tool designed specifically for thin sheet materials. With a 4.50 mm diameter, it delivers dependable starts and clean, round holes in steel, aluminum and stainless steel, making it a versatile addition to fabrication shops, maintenance teams, and DIY setups.
Its 120-degree conventional point with a thin web helps the drill self-center and reduces the push force required when working with thin materials. The steam oxide finish minimizes workpiece material sticking to the cutting edge, promoting smoother cuts and longer edge life. For accuracy, the tool is manufactured without body clearance to improve hole roundness.
