Description
The Dormer Pramet A170 37/64 Inch HSS Straight Shank Jobber Drill is a versatile high-speed steel drill bit designed for a wide range of metalworking tasks. With a 37/64" cutting diameter and a 1/2" parallel shank, it fits standard chucks in hand-held tools, enabling use of larger diameter drills without adapters. The 118° conventional point provides a strong bite and is easy to re-sharpen, while the steam oxide finish helps prevent workpiece material from sticking to the cutting edge. Built from premium HSS, it’s suitable for drilling steel, aluminum, and stainless steel in both hand-held and machine applications.
