Dormer Pramet A510 7.00 mm HSS TiN ADX STRAIGHT SHANK JOBBER DRILL DIN 338

The Dormer Pramet A510 7.00 mm HSS TiN ADX Straight Shank Jobber Drill (DIN 338) is a versatile tool built for engineers, fabricators, tradespeople, and DIY enthusiasts. With a 7.00 mm diameter and DIN 338 compatibility, it delivers reliable hole quality in a wide range of metals. It’s a premium HSS drill that can handle steel, aluminium, and stainless steel while maintaining consistent results, even at higher speeds, with H9 hole tolerance.

Made from premium HSS and coated with Titanium Nitride, this drill lasts longer and stays cooler when cutting harder materials. The 130° thinned point helps with self-centering and reduces the push force required to start a hole, while convex cutting edges promote efficient chip breaking for smoother cutting and higher speeds.

• 130° Thinned Point for Easy Start: Helps prevent wandering and reduces the push force required to begin a hole, delivering quick, accurate starts even in tough metals.
• TiN Coating for Longer Tool Life: Titanium Nitride coating increases wear resistance and maintains sharpness, boosting performance when drilling harder materials and at higher speeds.
• Convex Cutting Edges for Chip Control: Designed to break chips effectively, reducing clogging and allowing higher feeds and speeds for faster, cleaner holes.

This combination of geometry, coating, and material choice translates into faster setup, longer tool life, and consistent hole quality across materials. The 7.00 mm diameter covers a broad spectrum of applications—from precision pilot holes to through-holes in stainless steel—while the straight ADX shank keeps tooling runout to a minimum. In short, you gain reliable performance, reduced downtime, and true, accurate results project after project.
