The Carmex Polygon Swiss Line Insert (Right Hand, GP25RNW12T58BLU) is a compact indexable tool designed for Swiss-type lathes and automatic lathes. It enables high-volume, cost-efficient machining of external grooving, back/front turning, profiling, thread turning, parting, and general turning tasks, delivering consistent performance across demanding production environments.
- Grounded cutting edges: Sharper, longer-lasting edges that resist chipping and provide stable, repeatable cuts for smooth finishes and reduced rework.
- Direct on-machine indexing: Inserts can be indexed directly on the machine, enabling fast tool reconfiguration and minimal downtime between operations.
- Abrasion-resistant coated holders: Coatings protect the tool holder from wear, extending tool life and maintaining accuracy in tough materials and continuous runs.
With this setup, you’ll experience streamlined setups, fewer tool changes, and reliable results across external grooving, parting off and turning jobs. The right-hand version is engineered for typical Swiss-type workflows, ensuring predictable performance, consistent part quality, and lower operating costs over the life of the tooling package.

- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
