Description
The Widin Live Centre (No. 4 NCCN type) is a carbide-tipped, nut-type live center built for NC standard lathes. It delivers stable, precise support for turning operations, helping you maintain workpiece concentricity and achieve a smooth finish. This model accepts Morse taps No. 3 or No. 6 and is sealed to prevent the inflow of cutting oils and other foreign substances, protecting the bearing area. Its triplexed bearing structure provides high precision and durability, while the shaft is heat-treated to 58–62 HRC with an ultra-low runout of 0.00012" (0.003 mm).
- Carbide-tipped for long tool life: Carbide tips resist wear, maintain cutting performance, and reduce replacement frequency during extended turning runs.
- Nut-type design with sealed, triplex bearings: Sealed to prevent oil and contaminant ingress; the triplex bearing arrangement delivers steadier rotation and longer service life with less maintenance.
- Morse taper compatibility No. 3 / No. 6 for easy mounting: Flexible mounting options fit a wide range of lathes, enabling quick, secure setup and minimizing downtime.

- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
