Description
Widin Live Centre is a carbide-tipped, nut-type live center designed for NC standard lathes. It supports No. 3 and No. 6 Morse tapers and is sealed to prevent the inflow of cutting oils and foreign substances, helping you maintain clean, reliable operation in demanding turning tasks. Its carbide-tipped tip provides long life and stable support, even under heavy cuts.
- Carbide-tipped Construction: Delivers extended tool life and consistent center support under demanding machining, reducing replacement costs and downtime.
- Sealed, Contaminant-Resistant Design: Sealed to prevent oil, chips and other substances from entering the bearing area, minimizing maintenance and extending service life.
- Triplex Bearing Architecture: Ensures ultra-low runout and durable performance for precise rotation and improved part concentricity (runout as low as 0.00012" / 0.003 mm).
This live center's hardened shaft (58–62 HRC) and precision bearings deliver reliable, repeatable performance for high-accuracy turning. With options for No. 3 and No. 6 Morse taps, it is a versatile choice for precision work, reducing setup time and ensuring smooth, accurate finishing across a range of applications.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.
We also offer the following:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
