Description
The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool is a solid carbide bar designed specifically for face grooving tasks. Part of the Tiny Tools family (MFL) and built with Grade BXC carbide, it delivers straight grooves with clean edges for precise slots across a range of materials.
With a 6 mm minimum diameter and a 1.5 mm groove width, this tool is engineered to perform right from the first cut in demanding face-grooving applications.
- Straight-groove geometry: engineered to produce flat, accurate grooves on the face, delivering consistent bottoms and better seal pockets without the rounded profiles of other bar styles.
- Grade BXC solid carbide: optimized for wear resistance and long tool life, helping you maintain steady performance through tough materials and multiple cycles.
- Precisely sized for reliable setups: 6 mm minimum diameter and 1.5 mm groove width provide a predictable fit in standard holders and jaws, reducing setup time and variation between jobs.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
