The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool is a compact, solid carbide grooving bar designed for precise full-radius grooves on small-diameter parts. With a left-hand orientation, 15 mm reach, a 6.1 mm minimum diameter, and a 2 mm groove width, it delivers reliable performance in tight spaces and is also suitable for general turning tasks. This tool is built to handle demanding groove geometries while fitting into compact setups.
- Full-radius groove geometry: Delivers clean, consistent grooves with precise radii, reducing finishing passes and helping you achieve high-quality part surfaces in tight pockets.
- Coating options for versatile performance: Choose BXC PVD TiN for low-speed stainless steel grooving, or BMK sub-micron with a triple PVD coating for exceptional heat resistance and smooth cutting across a wide range of materials.
- Compact, left-hand design with precise reach: The 6.1 mm minimum diameter, 2 mm groove width, and 15 mm reach in a left-hand configuration enable access to confined features and stable, controlled cuts in smallworkpieces.
