Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool - Boring Bar - MTR - K20 Grade - 5.1mm Minimum Diameter x 15mm Reach x R0.2 is a compact, solid carbide bar designed for precision boring and light turning in tight spaces. Its small 5.1 mm minimum diameter and 15 mm reach, combined with a 0.2 mm nose radius, enable accurate internal features and smooth finishes in confined areas.
Designed for versatility, this tool line offers coating options that balance speed, heat, and material compatibility. The BXC TiN-coated grade is optimized for low cutting speeds and performs well with stainless steels (ISO P30-P50 / K25-K40). The BMK sub-micron grade features an advanced PVD triple coating for extremely high heat resistance and a smooth cutting action, making it a reliable general-purpose choice across a wide range of materials.
