- Grade and coating: Sub-micron MT7 carbide with a Titanium Aluminum Nitride multi-layer coating (ISO K10–K20) for excellent wear resistance and heat tolerance.
- Through-coolant and deep holes: Through-flute coolant capability and a compact profile optimize chip evacuation and enable threading in deeper holes.
- Flute design: Spiral flutes provide smooth cutting action and steady feed, enhancing surface finish and stability at higher speeds.
- Profile and efficiency: Short profile reduces cutting forces, improving rigidity and shortening machining time with multi-flute designs (3–5 flutes).
- Threading versatility: One tool can produce both internal and external threads and cover a wide range of thread pitches without changing tools.
