Carmex Thread Mills Mini Type are precision solid carbide tools engineered for threading hard materials. Designed for engineers and machinists who demand reliability in tight spaces, they deliver high-performance cutting and an excellent surface finish on hardened workpieces.
- Tool material: Solid carbide construction for exceptional hardness, wear resistance, and long tool life in demanding applications
- Threading standards: Compatible with UN, UNC, UNF, UNEF, and UNS thread forms to support a wide range of fastener specifications
- Size options: No. 5 and No. 6 diameters with 40 mm flute length, optimized for small to medium-sized internal threads
- Shank/interface: MT9 shank interface for secure seating in compatible collets and holders, ensuring rigidity during high-precision milling
- Material suitability: Specifically designed to machine hardened materials up to 62 HRc with consistent performance
- Finish and performance: Engineered to provide a clean, accurate thread with a superior surface finish and improved cutting efficiency

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
