Carmex Thread Mills Mini Type is a solid carbide thread mill engineered to form precise threads in hardened materials up to 62 HRc. Designed for machinists and job shops that demand dependable performance, it supports multiple thread forms (UNC, UNF, UNEF, UNS) with a compact, high-precision design.
- Cutting diameter & thread pitch: 0.250 in diameter with 28 TPI; compatible with UNC/UNF/UNEF/UNS thread forms
- Shank/Interface: MT9 tool interface for secure, rigid mounting
- Material: Solid carbide for exceptional hardness, wear resistance, and stability
- Material range: Optimized for hardened materials up to 62 HRc
- Mini type design: Compact geometry enables access to tight pockets and hard-to-reach threads
