Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool for Deep Face Grooving (MVL - BXC Grade) is a compact solid carbide cutting tool engineered to deliver precise, repeatable deep-face grooves. With a 20 mm minimum diameter, 4 mm groove width, and 43 mm groove depth, it’s built for demanding groove profiles on stainless steels and other materials, making it ideal for engineers, fabricators, and precision shops.
- Deep-face grooving optimized geometry: Specifically designed for deep groove profiles, this carbide tool maintains stable cutting conditions and consistent groove dimensions, reducing rework and delivering a smooth finish on challenging materials.
- Coated options for speed and heat control: Choose BXC TiN coating for low cutting speeds on stainless steels (ISO P30-P50 / K25-K40) or BMK sub-micron coating with triple PVD layers for high heat resistance and smoother cuts (ISO K10-K20), extending tool life and improving finish quality.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
