The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool is a solid carbide bar designed specifically for deep face grooving. Its compact form delivers precise, consistent grooves in stainless steels and a broad range of materials, making it a reliable choice for engineers, machinists, and hobbyists who demand repeatable results in tight workspaces.
- Deep-groove optimized geometry: Precision-designed geometry and carbide core enable clean, accurate deep grooves with minimal deflection, helping you achieve reliable results in demanding applications.
- PVD TiN-coated BXC grade for low-speed cutting: The BXC grade with a PVD TiN coating reduces friction and heat buildup at low cutting speeds, delivering smoother cuts and longer edge life on stainless steels (ISO P30-P50 / K25-K40).
- Broad stainless steel compatibility and stable performance: Engineered to perform across a wide range of stainless grades with consistent results, smooth cutting action, and reduced downtime between setups.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.
We also offer the following:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
