The Omega ER16 Collet is a coolant-sealed, standard precision tool holder designed for CNC milling and other precision machining tasks. With ultrafine run-out under 10 μm, it helps you achieve accurate tool positioning and consistently clean finishes, even on demanding jobs.

It supports a clamping range of 3–10 mm, making it versatile for a wide range of round-shank cutters and end mills. Note that newer versions have no rubber seal on the nose. The collet’s slot geometry is engineered so the longitudinal slots do not overlap at the center, helping prevent coolant loss and keeping the cutting zone clean. To maintain the seal, please use solely round shank tooling with no clamping flats.
