The Omega ER20 Collet with High-Pressure Coolant Sealing is a precision toolholding solution for CNC mills and machining centers. It delivers ultra-precise run-out (less than 10 μm) and a dedicated coolant path to keep tooling cool and chips under control during demanding cuts. With a clamping range of 3–13 mm, it covers a wide variety of round-shank tools while maintaining secure, repeatable grip. Note: to maintain the seal, use only round shank tooling with no clamping flats; tooling with flats can render the collet ineffective.
