Omega Products ER20 Collet Coolant Sealed Ultra Precision is a precision tool holder designed to secure round-shank tooling in ER20 machines while delivering coolant directly to the cutting edge. With a run-out specification of under 10 microns, it provides repeatable accuracy for a wide range of milling and drilling operations, even in challenging materials.

This collet is built for high-pressure coolant applications, rated up to 120 bar, and features an integral metal seal that minimizes leaks and keeps coolant where it belongs. Its clamping range of 3–13 mm covers a broad set of round-shank tools, helping you streamline setups and maintain consistent performance across jobs. Note: newer designs omit the rubber seal on the nose to improve durability.
