The Omega ER25 Collet is a coolant-sealed, ultra-precision tool holder designed for CNC milling and precision machining. With an exceptional 10 μm run-out, it seats tooling with outstanding concentricity, helping you achieve consistently tight tolerances and smoother surface finishes across a wide range of materials.

Built for heavy-duty use, this collet supports a broad clamping range of 3–16 mm and is engineered to work with high-pressure flood cooling up to 120 bar. Newer versions replace the nose rubber seal with a durable metal seal for longer life, and the slot geometry is designed so longitudinal slots do not overlap at the center, reducing coolant leakage. For optimal sealing, please use only round-shank tooling with no clamping flats; tooling with flats will render the seal ineffective.
