The Omega ER25 Collet with High-Pressure Coolant Sealed Ultra Precision is a purpose-built toolholding solution for CNC milling and drilling where relentless cooling and tight tolerances matter. Designed for the ER25 family with a 14 mm size designation, it clamps tools in the 3–16 mm range and delivers run-out under 10 microns for consistently accurate results.

Built for demanding machining environments, this collet features an integral metal seal and a capability for high-pressure coolant up to 120 bar. The design includes longitudinal slots that do not overlap at the center, reducing coolant leakage and helping maintain coolant delivery exactly where you need it. Newer versions use a robust metal seal on the nose (no rubber seal), enhancing durability in tough applications. To preserve the seal’s effectiveness, use only round shank tooling with no clamping flats; tools with flats can render the seal ineffective.
