Learn more about Klarna
Description
The Omega DV50 Shrink Fit Chuck is a precision toolholding solution engineered for high-speed machining. Designed to deliver exceptional rigidity and minimal runout, it supports demanding applications at spindle speeds up to 25,000 RPM. Whether you’re in a busy shop or a dedicated machining lab, this chuck helps you achieve accurate, repeatable results with every cut.
- G2.5-balanced at 25,000 RPM: Precision balance minimizes runout at high speeds, ensuring stable toolholding, tighter tolerances, and consistent surface finishes across demanding operations.
- Shrink-fit clamping with a 20 mm grip: Uniform, friction-based clamping around the tool shank provides secure seating and excellent repeatability, reducing tool shift and extending tool life.
- 120 mm gauge length for added rigidity: Longer gauge length enhances stiffness along the tool path, improving deflection resistance and delivering smoother cuts in challenging materials.
This combination of balance, secure shrink-fit grip, and robust gauge length translates to reliable performance, reduced downtime, and consistent results in fast, precision-focused workflows. Choose the Omega DV50 for a proven, stable toolholding platform that supports high-speed productivity and high-quality finishes.
