The Vortex Carbide End Mill is a precision cutting tool designed for aluminum and other non‑ferrous metals, optimized for contouring, slotting, and profiling with a smooth, consistent finish.

Featuring a 2-flute design and a 45° helix, this end mill promotes efficient chip evacuation and reduces cutting forces, contributing to a cleaner surface finish and longer tool life. The long-radius edge minimizes gouging on curved paths, delivering smoother transitions on complex geometries. Crafted from carbide, it provides excellent wear resistance for high-speed machining and repeated use in soft to medium-hard non-ferrous alloys. With a 150 mm reach, it enables deeper pocketing and extended reach into intricate parts without sacrificing rigidity. The 0.8 mm corner radius helps preserve part geometry while resisting edge chipping on delicate profiles.
