Description
The Widin Carbide Square End Mill is a two-flute cutting tool designed for mold and die work. With a 2 mm cutting diameter and a 6 mm length, it delivers precise, repeatable performance for small features and tight corners in hard materials.
Coated with a W coating, this end mill offers longer tool life and improved machining stability. Its gash tooth design helps prevent flute chipping, helping you maintain clean edges and consistent results through demanding milling tasks.
- W coating for longer tool life: The W coating enhances wear resistance and machining stability, extending tool life in challenging mold and die applications.
- Gash tooth design to prevent flute chipping: Purposefully shaped teeth reduce edge chipping, preserving corner accuracy and reducing rework.
- Wide diameter range with tight tolerance: Cutting diameter range from 0.1m to 20.0mm with a tolerance of +0/-0.012mm, enabling flexible setups and precise cuts.
Designed for mold and die machining below 55 HRc and suitable for pre-hardened steel, alloy steel, and carbon steel, this end mill helps you finish parts with reliable performance, fewer tool changes, and consistent results—supporting faster setups and higher overall productivity in your shop.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
