The Widin Carbide End Mill is a 4-flute finishing tool designed for mold and die applications, featuring a 4 mm diameter for precise, controlled cuts. It’s built to deliver accurate semi-finishing and finishing results on a range of demanding materials.
Engineered with a newly developed raw material and advanced coating, it excels in dry cutting and high-speed operations. It offers efficient chip evacuation, minimizes heat in the cutting zone, and uses a high-helix geometry to deliver precise, smooth semi-finishing and finishing results with minimal post-processing.
- Hard-material capability up to HRc70: Engineered to machine very hard steels and alloys, delivering durable, reliable performance in dry cutting and high-speed applications.
- Efficient chip evacuation and cooler cutting: Coating and geometry promote fast chip flow, reducing heat generation and helping maintain tool life during high-speed dry cutting.
- High-helix finishing geometry for smooth surfaces: The 4-flute design with a high helix delivers precise semi-finishing and finishing cuts, producing a refined surface with less post-processing.

- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
