4 Flute High Helix (45°) (WE504H)
A versatile end mill designed for precision machining in mold and die applications. It offers a cutting diameter range of 1.0mm to 20.0mm, providing flexibility for various machining tasks. With a tight cutting diameter tolerance of +0/-0.03mm, this end mill ensures precise and accurate cutting results. The 45° high helix angle reduces cutting load and promotes efficient chip evacuation, resulting in improved performance and reduced tool wear. Crafted with the finest raw materials, this end mill offers better wear resistance and enhanced machining capabilities. The W coating further enhances the tool's durability, ensuring a longer tool life and improved machining stability. This square end mill is particularly suitable for mold and die machining below 55 HRc, as well as pre-hardened steel, alloy steel, and carbon steel.
