Wid in Carbide Square End Mill for Mold & Die is a precision carbide tool designed for demanding tooling work. It supports a versatile cutting diameter range from 1.0 mm to 20.0 mm, enabling adjustments across small details to larger pockets without swapping tools. A tight tolerance of +0/-0.03 mm ensures repeatable, accurate cuts for consistent mold features.

- Tight diameter tolerance (+0/-0.03 mm): Delivers consistent feature sizes and repeatable results across multiple parts, improving quality and interchangeability.
- 45° high-helix with W coating: Reduces cutting forces, enhances chip evacuation, and extends tool life through improved wear resistance and machining stability.
The 45° high-helix geometry helps smooth cutting action and efficient chip clearance, while the W coating adds durability for longer tool life in challenging materials. This end mill is particularly well suited for mold and die machining below 55 HRc, including pre-hardened steel, alloy steel, and carbon steel, delivering reliable performance across a range of industrial applications.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
