The Widin Carbide Square End Mill for Mold & Die is a 4-flute carbide tool designed for precise work in mold and die applications. With a 45° high-helix and a 10 mm diameter by 30 mm length, it delivers smooth cutting action and dependable performance, backed by a durable W coating and a tight tolerance of +0/-0.03 mm to ensure consistent results.
- Broad cutting diameter range: Flexible performance for profiling, pocketing, and finishing tasks across a wide range of workpieces, reducing the need for tool changes.
- 45° high-helix geometry: Higher helix angle lowers cutting loads and enhances chip evacuation, producing smoother surfaces and longer tool life in mold and die materials.
- W-coated carbide with tight tolerance: Durable coating and strict +0/-0.03 mm tolerance deliver reliable, repeatable cuts and extended tool life when working with mold steels, pre-hardened steel, and carbon steel under 55 HRc.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
