Carmex Carbide Threading Insert - NPSF - TiAlN Coated - 14-14NPSF is a versatile collection of carbide inserts designed to cover the most common thread profiles in a single, durable tool. Built for machine shops and precision manufacturers, it delivers reliable performance across a range of threading tasks with a focus on efficiency and consistency.
- TiAlN coating: TiAlN-coated carbide inserts resist wear and heat, extending tool life and maintaining sharpness at higher speeds.
- Five length options: A set available in five lengths, from 12 mm to 40 mm, to suit different thread pitches and approach depths.
- Double‑sided cutting edges: Each insert provides two cutting edges for more usable life and cost efficiency (note: BSPT/NPT/NPTF/American Buttress/API RD may differ).
- Internal and external threading compatibility: In many profiles, the same insert can machine both internal and external threads, reducing changeovers (exception: ISO/UN/NPSM/UNJ/Acme).
- Wide pitch range: Supports pitches from 0.5 mm (32 TPI) up to 6.0 mm (4 TPI), covering the majority of standard thread forms.

- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
