The Carmex Steel Toolholder with Internal Coolant for CMT Inserts – SRC1212E is a robust vertical milling toolholder designed to drive precision across threads, grooves and chamfers. Built for production environments, it pairs a steel body with a Weldon shank and an integrated coolant bore to deliver reliable accuracy and smoother finishes when using CMT’s ground-profile inserts.
- Internal coolant bore for cleaner cuts: Delivers through-tool coolant directly to the insert interface, reducing heat and built-up edges for better surface finish and longer insert life at higher machining parameters.
- Rigid weldon shank with precise clamp: Provides solid, repeatable clamping that minimizes runout and vibration, ensuring consistent thread and groove profiles job after job.
- One-insert RH/LH versatility with ground-profile inserts: The same ground-profile inserts support both right- and left-hand threads, delivering high precision and simplifying setup and inventory while maintaining reliable performance.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
