Its 118° pilot guides smoothly into a 180° counterbore, letting you drill and counterbore in a single operation to save time and improve hole alignment. The straight shank design ensures compatibility with a wide range of holders and machines, including CNC and conventional setups.
Specific pilot diameter and length are built in to deliver the correct clearance drilling diameter and depth for standard threads, helping you achieve consistent, reliable results. Crafted from premium HSS, this drill handles a variety of materials—from steel to aluminium and stainless steel—making it a versatile choice for mixed-material projects. The steam oxide finish reduces material sticking to the cutting edge, promoting cleaner holes and more predictable performance.
