Description
The Dormer Pramet R520 8.00 mm carbide drill is a straight-shank, stub drill designed for reliable hole making across a range of metals. With an 8.00 mm diameter and a DIN 6539 straight shank, this tool is built for both manual setups and CNC machines, delivering dependable performance in everyday engineering tasks.
Its 130° point, Titanium Nitride coating, and convex cutting edges work together to provide a self-centering start, reduced push force, and efficient chip control. This combination supports fast, accurate hole initiation and maintains high performance when drilling harder materials such as steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
