Built for Swiss-type and automatic lathes, the Carmex Polygon Swiss Line Insert - Grooving - Left Hand (GD25LW06T17BLU) is a high-precision indexable tool designed for external grooving, back/front turning, profiling, thread turning, parting, and general turning in high-volume production. The left-hand orientation, grounded cutting edges, and coated holder work together to deliver reliable, consistent performance in demanding materials and long production runs.
- Grounded cutting edges: Maintains edge integrity under high-speed turning, reducing chipping and ensuring a smoother cut and longer insert life in Swiss-type operations.
- Indexed directly on the machine: Enables tool indexing without removing the component from the holder, cutting setup time and downtime and speeding changeovers on automatic lathes.
- Coated holders provide abrasion resistance: Protects the tool and holder from heat and wear, extending tool life and preserving dimensional stability during demanding turning cycles.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.
We also offer the following:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
