Description
The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool is a precision broaching tool designed to create internal keyways in blind or through holes using CNC machines. Built for the HK broaching system, it works with standard Tiny holders (SIM…H#) that can be mounted in either the turret or the spindle for flexible setup.
- Seamless Tiny holder integration: Designed to drop into standard Tiny holders (SIM…H#) and mounted in either the turret or spindle, enabling fast, hassle-free changes and flexible machining layouts.
- Advanced BMK carbide with triple coating: Sub-micron grade carbide finished with a PVD triple coating (ISO K10–K20) delivers exceptional wear resistance and high heat tolerance for long cutting life and consistent performance.
- Precise internal keyways for small bores: Engineered to broach accurate internal keyways in both blind and through holes, with a minimum diameter of 2.9 mm, suitable for a wide range of materials and demanding applications.
The combination of easy integration with existing Tiny setups, a robust coated carbide core, and specialized HK broaching geometry ensures reliable, repeatable keyway production with minimal downtime. Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
