Description
The Carmex Carbide Tiny Tool is a compact broaching cutter designed to create precise internal hex keyways inside blind or through holes on CNC machines. It is suitable for holes with a minimum diameter of 4.9 mm. It works with standard Tiny holders (SIM…H#) and can be mounted in either the turret or the spindle for flexible, space-efficient setups.
Crafted from BMK-grade carbide with a sub-micron finish and an advanced PVD triple coating (ISO K10–K20), this tool delivers excellent heat resistance and smooth cutting action, ensuring consistent results across a wide range of materials.
- Internal keyway broaching for tight holes: Delivers clean, accurately sized keyways in blind or through holes with minimal burrs, improving fit and reliability in assembled components.
- Durable carbide with triple coating: Sub-micron BMK-grade carbide with a PVD triple coating reduces wear and heat buildup, extending tool life and maintaining precision through long runs.

- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
